    Tom RobertsThomas Roberts, LCSW, a practicing Buddhist for over 30 years, is also owner and psychotherapist at Innerchange Counseling in Onalaska. He works with people helping them explore unique and effective ways to heal. He presents workshops locally and around the country. His book: The Mindfulness Book: A Beginners Guide to Overcoming Fear and Embracing Compassion (New Harbinger Publication) was out at the end of 2009.
