Any room can be rented at an hourly rate of $20 per hour.  This applies to renting for breakout sessions.

Equipment available at no cost:  podiums, flipcharts, chalkboard, whiteboard, overhead projectors, lavaliere microphone, TV/VCR, screens, prayer stools, extension cords, cart with an electrical plug in, and a portable CD/cassette player.

Snacks and refreshments are provided buffet style and may allow for 2–3 servings per person

Note:   Users will be charged a minimum of 100% of reservation numbers, unless FSC is notified of the reduced number 48 hours in advance.

Meals: Lunch can be arranged through the following businesses:

St. Rose cafeteria style............ $5.00

Quillins...................................... $6.90/person for build-your-own sandwich bar, beef or vegetable, lasagna, or Mexican lunch

Pizza Hut.................................. $6.90/person

Serves You Right Catering....... $6.90/person for a box lunch

You may also bring in food of your choice, or eat at a local restaurant (Market Place at Franciscan Skemp Hospital or Houghtons
